White-Label Development Partnership

Extend your bench with a white-label software development partner your clients never see

BinaryBrill works behind your agency as a white-label software development partner — supplying white-label AI development services, white-label app development for agencies and full-stack engineering from our own in-house senior engineers, with no BinaryBrill name on the deliverable. You keep the client relationship, the invoice and the credit; we keep our name off the commits, the emails and the contract.

A senior engineer replies within 24 hours — not a sales rep.

Where white-label delivery usually breaks down

Your bench can't stretch to the pitch you just won

You've landed a project bigger than your current team can absorb, and the client is expecting to work with your agency, not a name they've never heard of. Hiring is too slow, and the usual freelance options come with exactly the visibility risk you can't take.

One stray commit and the client knows you subcontracted

A name in a Git log, a signature on an email, an invoice that doesn't match your letterhead — any of these tells a client you brought in outside help, and for some agencies that's the moment the relationship changes. The risk isn't that you used help; it's that they found out by accident.

A freelance platform found you a name, not a standard

Marketplace developers are matched on availability, not on whether their work would survive a code review from someone who cares about your agency's reputation. When the output is weak, it's your name attached to it in front of your client, not the freelancer's.

A retainer you can't flex punishes the quiet months

A fixed monthly arrangement is built for agencies with a constant pipeline. Yours moves in bursts — a project ships, the next pitch is still being written — and paying full rate through the gap between them is money spent on capacity nobody is using.

How BinaryBrill works as your white-label software development partner

The arrangement is built around one constraint: your client should never be able to tell BinaryBrill was involved. Everything else — confidentiality, communication and capacity — follows from that.

Confidentiality is the starting point, not a request

Every engagement opens with a mutual NDA, and nothing in a deliverable, a commit message or a piece of communication identifies BinaryBrill. If your client never needs to know who wrote the code, that's the default, not an upgrade.

Engineers your PMs can talk to directly

Your account or project manager gets direct access to the engineers assigned to your work — no vendor account manager sitting between you and the person actually writing the code. On request, that access runs through an email address on your own domain or a seat in your Slack workspace, so even the tooling looks like it's yours.

Capacity that flexes with your pipeline, not a retainer that ignores it

Add an engineer ahead of a deadline, release them once the build ships, and do it again for the next project without a fixed monthly minimum sitting in between. The arrangement is sized to the work you currently have, not to a number agreed at the start of the year.

The same in-house quality bar as everything else we build

Nothing here is subcontracted or routed through a marketplace. The engineers on your account are the same in-house team we'd put on a project under our own name, which matters more here than anywhere else — it's your reputation with your client on the line, not ours.

What this covers

Pick the piece you need, or bring us the problem and we'll tell you which applies.

White-Label Web & Software Development

Full-stack web and software builds — from a client's marketing site refresh to a bespoke internal platform — delivered by BinaryBrill engineers working inside your process, under your brand. This is the core of what a white-label software development partner does: capacity that looks, in every visible respect, like it came from inside your agency.

  • Custom web applications, internal tools and platform rebuilds in your client's stack of choice
  • Engineers work in your repository, under your branch and review rules, not a separate vendor pipeline
  • No BinaryBrill reference in code comments, commit history or documentation
  • Same senior-engineer bar as every other BinaryBrill engagement, because your name is the one on the invoice

White-Label AI & LLM Development

Agencies fielding AI requests from clients without an in-house ML team can hand the engineering to us and keep the relationship. Our white-label AI development services cover everything from a scoped chatbot or document-processing tool to a production LLM feature wired into an existing product, delivered under your agency's name throughout.

  • LLM integrations, retrieval-augmented generation and custom AI features built into existing client products
  • Engineers experienced with current model providers and vector infrastructure, not a single vendor's demo stack
  • Technical documentation written for your team to present, not ours
  • A confidential option for agencies that want to offer AI work without hiring for it

White-Label Mobile App Development for Agencies

iOS, Android and cross-platform builds for agencies that get asked for a mobile app more often than they have mobile engineers on staff. White-label app development for agencies works the same way here as our web work: we build it, you ship it, and the app store listing, the client demo and the credit are yours.

  • Native iOS and Android, plus React Native and Flutter for cross-platform builds
  • App store submission handled under your developer account, not ours
  • Engineers available for client demos and reviews under your agency's name, if you want a technical voice in the room
  • Handover documentation written so your team can maintain the app without us, if that's ever the plan

Confidential Delivery & NDA-First Engagement

Confidentiality is the default shape of this service, not a clause added on request. Every engagement starts with an NDA, communication can run under your domain or inside your Slack workspace, and nothing in the deliverable identifies BinaryBrill as having been involved.

  • Mutual NDA signed before any brief, brand name or client detail is shared with an engineer
  • Optional agency-domain email addresses and Slack workspace access for anyone assigned to your account
  • No BinaryBrill branding, watermark or reference in code, documentation, invoices or communication
  • Access restricted to company-managed devices or VPN where your client's policy requires it

Flexible Capacity for Agencies

Agency workloads move in bursts — a pitch lands, a project ships, the pipeline goes quiet for a month. Capacity here flexes with that rhythm instead of locking you into a fixed monthly retainer you'd be paying during the quiet month. That's what agency delivery partner development should mean in practice: engineers you can add ahead of a deadline and release once the work is delivered.

  • Scale from one engineer to a small team as a project demands, without renegotiating a contract each time
  • No fixed monthly minimum forcing you to pay for capacity between projects
  • Notice period agreed upfront, so scaling down is a plan rather than a dispute
  • Continuity kept where you want it: the same engineer across multiple client projects, if that suits you

How we'll work together

Every stage ends with something in your hands — not a status update.

  1. 01

A confidential scoping call, under NDA

We start with an NDA, then a call about the brief, the stack, the client-facing constraints and how invisible the engagement needs to be. Nothing about your client's identity or project needs to be shared before the NDA is signed.

You get: A signed mutual NDA and a written brief covering scope, stack and confidentiality requirements.

  2. 02

Match engineers to the brief, not to a bench list

We shortlist from our own in-house engineers who've shipped in the relevant stack, and you interview them exactly as you would your own hire — technical questions, past work, whatever bar you set.

You get: Engineer profiles and interview slots inside your working hours, with no recruitment fee.

  3. 03

    Set up communication your way

Before anyone starts, we agree how they'll work: your repository, your ticketing system, and — if you want it — an email address on your domain or a seat in your Slack workspace, so nothing surfaces the arrangement to your client.

You get: Access, accounts and communication channels configured to your specification before the first ticket is picked up.

  4. 04

Deliver against your process, then flex

Engineers report into your process and your reviews. Capacity moves up ahead of a deadline and down once the work lands, on notice agreed at the outset rather than a fixed term you have to renegotiate.

You get: A regular check-in with whoever owns the account on your side, and a capacity change actioned on the agreed notice period.

Where we've applied this

Digital agencies

Website and platform builds that outgrow the agency's own dev team mid-project get finished by BinaryBrill engineers working inside the agency's existing process, invisibly.

Marketing agencies

Campaign microsites, martech integrations and the occasional custom tool a client asks for get built without the agency hiring developers it will not need between campaigns.

Product studios

Studios juggling several client products at once use BinaryBrill engineers to cover a capacity gap on one build without pulling a senior person off another.

Boutique software consultancies

Small consultancies that sell strategy and architecture, but not a large build team, extend delivery capacity for the implementation phase without subcontracting to an unknown freelancer.

Systems integrators

Integrators managing several vendor systems for one client can add engineering hands for the custom glue code and migrations that fall outside any single vendor's scope.

Creative and branding studios

Studios that design a product but don't build it can offer a full design-and-build service by keeping BinaryBrill's engineering entirely behind the scenes.

Questions buyers ask us

How does confidentiality and the NDA work?

Every engagement starts with a mutual NDA before any engineer sees your client's brief, and confidentiality is standard, not an add-on you negotiate for. Engineers work under your access controls, on your accounts, and can be restricted to company-managed devices or a VPN if your policy requires it. Nothing about your client relationship, or the fact that engineers are external, appears in any deliverable, commit message or communication unless you choose to disclose it yourself.

No. BinaryBrill's engineers do not speak to, email or otherwise contact your client, and won't without your explicit instruction. Every conversation with the end client runs through you. On request, engineers can operate under an email address on your own domain or inside your Slack workspace, so that even the tools they use carry your name rather than ours.

You pay BinaryBrill for the engineering time and set whatever price or margin you choose to bill your client — that commercial relationship stays entirely yours, and we have no visibility into it. Our invoice describes engineering capacity supplied to you, not the underlying client or project, so it sits behind your own billing without needing an explanation.

Because our engineers are already in-house and salaried, adding capacity is a matter of matching people to your brief rather than recruiting new ones, so it typically moves on the same kind of timeline as our regular staff augmentation work — a shortlist within days, not a hiring cycle. Scaling down is a matter of notice, agreed before anyone starts, so releasing capacity between projects is a plan rather than a renegotiation.

You do. Code lands in a repository you control under your licence and your contract with your client, so you can migrate it, inspect it or hand it over yourself at any point. That's what makes the arrangement genuinely white-label: your client can look at what they've been given and see nothing that identifies BinaryBrill as having touched it.

It's the opposite. We do not sell your services, refer clients to you or take a commission on work you bring in — there's no lead-sharing in either direction. What we provide is engineering capacity: your agency extends its bench with our engineers, not the other way round. If you're looking for a partner to send you client leads, this isn't that arrangement.

Agencies with no one internally to own the client relationship and direct the work. We supply engineering capacity, not client-facing account management, so this works best when you already have an account or project manager who briefs the work, reviews it and signs off what ships. If you'd want us to also manage the client conversation, say so — it's worth discussing rather than assuming, but it isn't the default shape of the service.

Engineers on your account are BinaryBrill's own in-house staff — 45+ of them, based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab, with over a decade of combined delivery experience between them, currently delivering for clients in 15+ countries. Nothing is subcontracted or routed through a freelance marketplace, which matters here specifically because your agency's reputation with your client rests on work going out under someone else's name.

Cost is driven by the seniority and stack of the engineers you need, in the same way as our regular staff augmentation pricing — there's no separate premium for the confidentiality and process wrapped around it. Timeline depends mostly on how quickly you can brief us and get your side of onboarding ready (access, repository, ticketing); the constraint is rarely how fast we can find the right engineer.
