We put forward a small number of engineers we would happily assign to our own projects. You interview them exactly as you would a permanent hire, with your own questions and your own bar.

Day to day, your lead directs the work. We stay responsible for the engineer's growth, cover and continuity, and check in with you separately so problems reach us before they reach your retro.

Staff augmentation gives you individual engineers who report to your tech lead and work your backlog — you own delivery. A dedicated team is a standing unit with its own tech lead, usually QA as well, that owns a product or workstream and is accountable for shipping it. If you already have a lead with capacity to manage more people, augmentation is the cheaper and simpler answer. If you need someone else to own the outcome, look at dedicated teams instead.
Shortlists usually go out within a few days because we are drawing on our own in-house engineers rather than recruiting to your brief. From there the timeline is mostly yours: how fast you interview, and how long access and paperwork take on your side. Common stacks move faster than unusual ones.
Seniority first, then stack scarcity, then how much overlap you need with your timezone. A senior React engineer on standard hours costs less than a platform engineer you need available until late evening India time. We quote a monthly rate per engineer with no separate recruitment fee, and it does not change mid-engagement.
We agree the window before anyone starts. Our team works from Punjab, India, which gives a comfortable afternoon overlap with the UK and Europe as standard. For US clients our engineers shift later so their afternoon covers your morning — enough for your stand-up, your reviews and a live conversation when something breaks.
Tell us early rather than waiting for the quarter to end. We replace them, and we do not charge you for the ramp-up of the replacement. In practice most mismatches show up in the first few weeks, which is exactly why we push for a real ticket to be merged in week one.
You own everything from the first commit — it lands in your repository under your licence and your contract. Engineers sign your NDA, work on your accounts with your access controls, and can be restricted to company-managed devices or a VPN if your policy requires it.
